From the moment you decide on the venue for your event, we’ll be supporting you in terms of the best way to organise the audio visual, set lighting and staging of your event.
Our complete audio visual package has been designed in-house with our customer’s needs and ultimate success in mind. Using state-of-the-art equipment, set-up and operated by our team of professional and qualified technicians, this value for money service means that costs are kept to a minimum and the savings are passed onto you – the customer.
Our friendly sales team will assist you with your booking and advise you of the full Xpress Events portfolio of services. Once your booking has been confirmed, one of our senior project technicians will contact you to discuss the technical aspects of your event.
On the day of your event, our technicians will arrive at the agreed time to assess the venue and to install the optimum design package for your event. Throughout the day, our technicians will provide full technical back-up support for all your audio visual requirements – lighting, sound systems, Powerpoint presentations, microphones, videos and video/data switching, etc.
After your event, our technicians will quickly dismantle and remove the equipment from the venue removing the need for you to stay on sight during this process.
